You deserved it. :) Martin Morrison17 October 2007 @ 08:24 I can safely say that my presence on your website has helped my business considerably. I was twiddling my thumbs last winter until the John Lennon article appeared. I received an astronomical number of website hits which have remained consitently high ever since. The week after the article appeared my phone started ringing and has not stopped since. I believe that my presence on the website has been of significant benefit to me both in terms of direct business and in publicising my existence. David McEwan (Clackmannan)03 October 2007 @ 21:31 Hi just back from a weekend at durness the festival was great along with the banter, we spent allot of our time in the oasis bar as there were live bands going on there most of the time according to one local there are talks of it becoming a yearly event let hopes so. oh and forgot to mention the weather was great and there were no midgies. :>) Katie02 October 2007 @ 02:28 Wow, what a fabulous weekend this has just been (28/9/07). What a shame about the concert in the smoo cave. Enjoy!!! Natasha Kimura23 September 2007 @ 08:38 Thanks to my Aunty Vicki (Henare) letting me know about this site, I was able to look into the world of John some more. Being only young (27) I have grown up with his music and have gained such an appreciation for him and The Beatles. Wish I was able to come and experience this beautiful place and what will be a tribute that I and most of my family would appreciate being a part of. Please do update this website afterwards and if you weren't already planning on making Dvd's I would love to have a Dvd of this event afterwards. Peace to all xox Vicki Henare26 July 2007 @ 09:30 Kiaora {Hello} from New Zealand. What a fantastic website which has given me the chance to see pictures of Durness and wow what a beautiful place it is. No wonder that my cousin John Lennon loved going there on family holidays. How exciting for you all to have the chance of attending The John Lennon Festival over there. Even though we live on the other side of the world our family originates from there as my great grandfather William Henry Morrison was born in Durness and left there at the age of 23 to come to New Zealand to be a sheep farmer. That gives our family connections on two sides of my Mums family as she is John Lennons second cousin. I believe that her cousin Stanley is to give a talk on our Morrison connection at the festival. To all who are going to attend this festival - Have a fantastic time. Hopefully after the festival there will be an update on this website for us to view over here in New Zealand. M & M Brown30 May 2007 @ 02:46 Greetings from the USA. Mrs. & I are planning a trip to Scotland this Fall. Now that we've explored this site, we are adding days to our visit in the North.
